It’s almost 2023. Dont forget to check and update your OTRS / Znuny / Zammad / MintSD calendar holiday for the year 2023.
For OTRS CE / Znuny :
1. Go to Admin > System Configuration > Core > Time
2. Go to Admin > System Configuration > Core > Time > Calendar1 to Calendar9
For Zammad:
1. Admin > Setting > Calendars
For Mint Service Desk:
1. Admin > Services > Calendars
